Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Wednesday afternoon, with corn closing slightly higher
and soybeans and wheat lower.
Technical buying at the Board of
Trade helped corn to finish higher.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were mixed at 6.34-6.46.
Soybean bids were 13 to 15 cents
lower at 13.96-14.15.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 1 to 3 cents higher at 6.36-6.51.
Soybean bids were 7 to 9 cents
lower at 14.12-14.30.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 1 to 4
cents higher at 6.27-6.64.
Soybean bids were 11 to 15 cents
lower at 14.24-14.45.
Wheat bids were 6 to 9 cents lower
at 6.84-7.00.
