Illinois country grain prices were
higher on Wednesday afternoon.
Stronger demand and export interest supported higher wheat
values.
Soybean futures gained strength from the sale of 120,000 tonnes
of US soybeans to an unknown destination.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 3 to 8 cents higher at 5.69-5.89.
Soybean bids were mostly 19 to 24 cents higher at 13.32-13.68.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 6 to 11 cents higher at 5.97-6.12.
Soybean bids were 4 to 9 cents
higher at 13.31-13.53.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were mostly
3 cents higher at 5.88-6.19.
Soybean bids were mostly 14 to 21 cents
higher at 13.38-13.96.
Wheat bids were 9 cents higher at 6.44-6.74.
