			Jeanne Hott Gallagher, 92, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at 
			4:55 a.m. at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. (Below is a copy of 
							the obituary from the funeral home.) ___ 
							LINCOLN-Jeanne Hott Gallagher, 92, of Lincoln, died 
							at 4:55 a.m. July 23, 2013 at Abraham Lincoln 
							Memorial Hospital, Lincoln, IL. 
							Jeanne was born on May 7, 1921 in River Forest, 
							Illinois, the only child of Frances Dunn Hott and 
							Maxwell R. Hott. She grew up in Monticello, IL. She 
							married Warren W. Gallagher on July 22, 1970 in 
							Tucson, Arizona.  
							Jeanne is survived by two sons: Charles Michael 
							Bennis of Tucson, AZ and John Maxwell Bennis of 
							Virginia Beach, Virginia both by a previous marriage 
							to Charles W. Bennis; two grandchildren: Daniel 
							Bennis of Austin, TX and Dana Bennis of Virginia 
							Beach, VA. Also surviving are Warren's children: 
							Leslie Ann Gallagher of Evergreen, Colorado; Sharon 
							Smith of Indian Land, SC; and Sharon's Son, Fred 
							Bear Smith. | 
                    
					 
							She was preceded in death by two grandchildren: Alex 
							Reid Bennis, age 6, on October 17, 1980 of Burkett's 
							Lymphoma and John Maxwell "Max" Bennis Jr., age 15, 
							on June 30, 2007 from a boating accident and her 
							husband, Warren.  
							Jeanne was a member of the Lincoln Woman's Club, 
							Lincoln Elks Club, Tucson Pima Air Museum, Mountain 
							Oyster Club, and Tucson Country Club. 
							Services for Jeanne will be on Saturday, August 3, 
							2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader 
							Funeral Home, Lincoln. Visitation will be one 
							hour prior to the service at the funeral home. There 
							will be a 10:00 a.m. graveside service on Monday, 
							August 5 at the Hott Mausoleum in Monticello, IL.

							Bennis Scholarship Fund, Hampton Roads Community 
							Foundation, 101 West Main St., Suite 4500, Norfolk,
