Cottrill, Casey J., 19, of Gridley, arrested Aug. 1 on charges of obstructing a peace officer, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, a Logan County warrant for failure to appear, aggravated fleeing and eluding a police officer, no valid driver's license, and aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol.

Koeppen, Christopher A., 34, of Lincoln, arrested July 31 on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear.
