Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Tuesday afternoon.
Continued good growing weather
along with talk of bumper crops pressured new crop corn and
soybean values.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 6 to 12 cents higher at 5.71-5.82.
Soybean bids were 9 to 16 cents
lower at 12.71-13.06.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 3 to 8 cents higher at 5.63-5.92.
Soybean bids were 12 to 18 cents
lower at 12.92-13.14.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were mixed
5.52-5.82.
Soybean bids were 12 to 18 cents
lower at 12.75-13.17.
Wheat bids were 3 to 5 cents
higher at 6.26-6.63.
