Florence "Eileen" Buchholz, 97, of Lincoln, died Saturday, Aug. 10,
2013, at 2:05 a.m. at St. Clara's Manor in Lincoln.

Lincoln: Florence "Eileen" Buchholz, 97, of Lincoln
passed away at 2:05 A.M. Saturday August 10, 2013 at St.
Clara's Manor in Lincoln.
Eileen was born on February 26, 1916 in Lincoln to
William and Florence Dial Gross. She married Martin Buchholz
on April 17, 1936 in LaSalle, IL. He preceded her in death
in 1962.

She was a member of the Lincoln Christian Church
and was active in the Oasis Senior Center and Jolly
Seniors. She retired as an LPN from Lincoln
Developmental Center.
Surviving is her granddaughter Kimberly (Kevin) LaForge
of Powell, TX, one great-grandson, Aaron (Rene) LaForge of
West Monroe, LA, one great-granddaughter, Ronda LaForge of
Bellevue, WA and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by her husband, one daughter Marta Kay
Hildebrandt and one great-great-grandchild.
Service will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday August 17, 2013 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln with
Tim Searby officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00
prior to services. Burial will be at New Union Cemetery in
Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorials
to be made to the Lincoln Christian Church.
