EMDEN -- Betsy Elaine Clark, 37, of
Emden, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013, at her home.

Betsy Elaine Clark, 37, of Emden, passed away
Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at her home, after an 8
month battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
Visitation will be from 11AM until 1PM on Saturday,
August 17, 2013 at Holland Barry & Bennett
Funeral Home in Lincoln. Funeral services will
be at 1:00 PM also on Saturday at the funeral home
with Dustin Fulton officiating. Burial will follow
in New Union Cemetery, Lincoln.
Betsy was born March 12, 1976 in Lincoln, IL., the
daughter of Neil and Jan (BeVard) Clark. She was a
1994 graduate of Lincoln Community High School,
where she was active in athletics.
She overcame obstacles over the past two years and
was recently baptized. She was a member of Jefferson
Street Christian Church in Lincoln. She was an avid
collector of Coca-Cola memorabilia.

Surviving are her parents: Jan and Jerry Pickett of
Mt. Pulaski, IL and Neil and Cynthia Clark of
Atlanta, IL.; her paternal grandparents Mac and
Doris Dancy of Lincoln, IL,; her children: Elaine
Noel Warnisher of Williamsville, IL, and twins Lilly
Lorenza Pickett and Leighton Eric Pickett of Mt.
Pulaski, IL.; her precious dogs Robbie and Jack
Spencer; her fiance Glenn Detmers of Emden, IL. and
his children: Amy (Bart) Welty of Camp Grove, IL.
and Brooke (Matthew) Ballance and their daughter
Brinley of Emden, IL.; her sister Natalie (Jim)
Allen of Lincoln, IL. and her brother Clint (Sarah)
Clark of Lincoln, IL.; her step brother Aaron
Pickett (Autumn Thomas) of Lincoln, IL, her step
brother Tyler Havlin of Atlanta, IL., and her step
sister Megan Havlin-Heldt of Colorado; her former
husband Clint Wanisher, and many nieces, nephews,
cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal
grandparents Tom and Carolyn BeVard and her paternal
grandfather Byron Clark.
