Cathy R. Wetzell, 62, of Lincoln, died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013, at
3:38 a.m. at Symphony of Lincoln.

Lincoln- Cathy Rose Wetzell, 62, of Lincoln passed
away at 3:38 a.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at
Symphony of Lincoln.
Cathy was born on April 1, 1951 in Taylorville the
daughter of William Curtis and Laura Jean Vecchie
Richardson. She was united in marriage to Jack
Wetzell. He preceded her in death. Cathy had a heart
of gold and she was always willing to help anyone
who needed help.
Cathy is survived by her mother: Laura Jean
Singleton; daughter: Crystal Otter; sons: Robert
Otter, Steven Otter and Wes Otter, all of Lincoln.
granddaughters: Laura Otter and Sarah Walton.
She was preceded in death by her father, husband and
brothers: Butch and Steven.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00
p.m. on Sunday August 18, 2013 at the Peasley
Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, August
18, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. with Rev. Dennis Shaw
officiating.
Cremation Rites have been accorded.
Cathy graduated from the Taylorville High School.
She retired from Kroger's in Lincoln.
Memorials may be made to her family.
