Meghan Hough of the Lincoln/Logan Chamber of Commerce congratulates Goodwill Industries CEO Sharon Durbin on the relocation of their Lincoln store. Standing with Durbin is the president of Goodwill Industries, Richard Fix. Goodwill has moved into the former Aldi location. Durbin said the new site will be not only a retail business but also the center for their outreach services. After a few comments from Durbin, chamber president Don Peasley and chamber ambassador Marcia Cook, it was time to cut the ribbon. Durbin gave the ribbon a snip, then opened the doors to a line of anxious shoppers waiting outside. Photo by Nila Smith (Click on images for larger versions.) |
