Bicyclist:

  • O'Bryan, Michelle, 31; bike rider.
    O'Bryan was taken to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital by Lincoln Paramedics.

Driver and vehicle:

  • Wernsing, Christopher A., 19; 1994 Chevrolet two-door conventional cab owned by Jennifer Wernsing.

Contributing factor: failure to yield right of way; improper lane usage

  • Hartill, Jason, 37, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 19 in the 200 block of Stahlhut Drive on charge of domestic battery. 

  • Martinie, Johnathan D., 18, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 18 at the Logan County Safety Complex on charge of burglary. 

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Heller, Victoria L., 19, of Mapleton, arrested Aug. 20 on 1250th Avenue at 1200th Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.

  • Mumper, Colby D., 19, of Benton, Ky., arrested Aug. 20 on 1250th Avenue at 2000th Street on charges of driving under the influence, no valid driver's license, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. 

  • Schriber, Nicholas R., 27, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 19 at the Logan County Courthouse on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Springfield

  • Hurley, Bryan L., 37, of New Holland, arrested Aug. 19 at St. John's Hospital emergency room, Springfield, on charge of domestic battery.
