Illinois country grain prices were
lower on Tuesday afternoon.
Technical trading at the Board of
Trade and some profit taking by speculators weakened corn and
soybean futures.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were down 9 to 20 cents at 6.10-6.25.
Soybean bids were 19 cents lower
at 14.50-14.75.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 19 to 25 cents lower at 5.91-6.29.
Soybean bids were 19 cents lower
at 14.88-15.06.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 8 to
16 cents lower at 5.70-6.45.
Soybean bids were 19 to 36 cents
lower at 14.50-14.66.
Wheat bids were down 4 to 9 cents
at 6.16-6.31.
