[December 02, 2013]  OGLESBY -- The Lincoln College men's basketball team defeated Illinois Valley Community College 74-68 on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
Andrew Jordan, JoVaughn Gaines and Chris Davis each chipped in 12 points for the Lynx, and Darren Davidson had 10 points.

"This took a total team effort," Lincoln head coach Pat Lepper said. "I’m proud of our team’s togetherness."

Lincoln College improves to 7-3 on the season.

Lincoln was scheduled to play in the Southeastern Iowa Community College Thanksgiving Classic on Friday versus Southeastern Iowa and on Saturday versus Northeast Nebraska.
