When the outdoor service was
completed Tuesday evening, guests were invited to come inside and
enjoy hot soup and sweets in the Woods Cafe.
This year the Light Up a Life
program collected over 2,000 names by the night of the service. The
program will continue accepting names and donations through Dec. 6. The suggested donation is $10 per name. The funds
raised support needs of Logan and Mason County patients served by
Memorial Home Services hospice care, fund scholarships for future ALMH health care providers,
and expand the new Moving Forward weight
loss program so that more community members can participate for a
very reasonable fee.
Anyone who would like to
participate in this year's Light Up a Life project still has time to
