Illinois country grain prices were
mostly lower on Tuesday afternoon.
The USDA increased the world
ending wheat stocks estimate to 182.8 million metric tonnes from
178.5 million.
Corn and soybeans closed lower.
Corn ending stocks were estimated
at 1.792 billion bushels verses the average trade guess of
1.871 billion bushels and last months estimate of 1.887 billion
bushels.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were mixed at 4.14-4.29.
Soybean bids were mixed at
13.14-13.28.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 3 to 6 cents lower at 4.11-4.24.
Soybean bids were 1 to 5 cents
lower at 13.25-13.43.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 2 to 3
cents lower at 4.22-4.36.
Soybean bids were 6 to 8 cents
lower at 13.32-13.58.
Wheat bids were 12 cents lower at
6.18-6.47.
