LINCOLN — Glenn Veff, 91, of Lincoln,
died Monday, Dec. 16, 2013, at 9:45 a.m. at Symphony of Lincoln.

LINCOLN-Glenn Veff, 91, of Lincoln died at 9:45 a.m.
on December 16, 2013 at Symphony of Lincoln.
Glenn was born on May 19, 1922 the son of Fred and
Virgin Snyder Veff.
He married Ramona Auxier on April 17, 1959. She
preceded him in death July 19, 2002.
Glenn is survived by one son: William Veff of
Lincoln; two step daughters: Diana (Jim) Brennan of
Springfield; Linda (Butch) Logan of Lincoln; one
son-in-law: Cliff McBenge and several grandchildren
and great grandchildren. He was the last of his
immediate family. He was preceded in death by his
parents, wife; two daughters: Carolyn Armstrong and
Linda McBenge; five brothers and sisters.
Glenn was owner/operator of his own vending machines
business for fifty years in Lincoln. He was a life
member of the Waynesville American Legion and the
Lincoln V.F.W. He served in the U.S. Army during
W.W. II.

Graveside services for Glenn will be Friday,
December 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Zion Cemetery with Rev.
Glenn Shelton officiating. Burial will follow with full
military rites by the Lincoln American Legion Post #263. Memorials
may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in his
memory.
Arrangements were entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in
Lincoln.
