Illinois country grain prices were
higher on Tuesday afternoon.
Corn and soybeans posted gains on
the forecast of drier weather in South America.
Wheat finished lower on technical
trading.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 3 to 9 cents higher at 4.02-4.23.
Soybean bids were 6 to 10 cents
higher at 13.14-13.34.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 3 to 4 cents higher at 3.99-4.16.
Soybean bids were 8 to 9 cents
higher at 13.30-13.51.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 3 to 5
cents higher at 4.12-4.27.
Soybean bids were 9 to 13 cents
higher at 13.42-
13.63.
Wheat bids were 2 cents higher at
5.95-6.37.
