Illinois country grain prices were
mostly higher on Friday afternoon.
Corn and soybeans futures drew
strength from export sales.
Without any positive news wheat
drifted lower.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 3 to 4 cents higher at 4.00-4.25.
Soybean bids were mostly 3 cents
stronger at 12.93-13.13.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 3 to 6 cents higher at 4.02-4.25.
Soybean bids were 2 to 6 cents
higher at 13.11-13.35.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 4 to 7
cents higher at 4.15-4.27.
Soybean bids were 3 to 5 cents
higher at 13.22-13.45.
Wheat bids were mostly 1 to 2
cents lower at 5.90-6.24.
