JANUARY 29

OFF ROAD VEHICLES 

BRP is recalling Can-Am® Commander Side-by-Side Off Road Vehicles sold nationwide from April 2010 to November 2012. Debris in wet terrain areas can collect in the vehicle's exhaust pipe area in a short period of time. A hot exhaust pipe and accumulated debris that has dried, poses a risk of fire. 

This recall involves 2011, 2012 and early 2013 model gas-powered Can-Am Commander side-by-side vehicles. The model name is printed on the vehicle's side panel. Models included in the recall can be found at www.recalls.org

HEATED JACKETS 

Columbia Sportswear is recalling Men's and Women's Heated Jackets sold nationwide and in Canada from May 2012 to January 2013. The heated inner wrist cuff can overheat, posing a burn hazard 

This recall involves seven models of men's and women's 2012 Columbia Omni-Heat™ electric heated jackets. Names and style numbers can be found at www.recalls.org

TRAMPOLINES 

Sportspower is recalling Sportspower BouncePro 14' Trampolines sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide from February 2009 to March 2011. The enclosure netting surrounding these trampolines can break, allowing children to fall through the netting. 

This recall is an expansion of the recall of brown tetlon netting to now include black tetlon netting.  This involves Sportspower BouncePro 14' Trampolines with model TR-1686-TPR. UPC code 687064045552 or 687064042100 is printed on the product's box.

BABY DRESSERS 

Bexco Enterprises Inc., dba Million Dollar Baby of Montebello, Calif. is recalling children's four-drawer dressers. When a young child climbs up on open dresser drawers, the dresser becomes unstable and poses the risk of tip over and entrapment.   

This recall involves "Emily" style four-drawer dressers with model numbers M4712, M4722, M4732 and M4742 and similar "Ryan" dressers with the model M4733.

DRESSERS 

Gemme Juvenile is recalling Natart Chelsea Dressers sold nationwide from January 2005 to December2010. 

If a young child climbs up open dresser drawers, the dresser can tip over and pose the risk of entrapment. 

This recall involves the Chelsea three-drawer windowed dresser bearing model number 3033. A sticker with the word "Natart" and the firm's logo is affixed to the inside of the top drawer. In addition, most dressers will have the model number, "Natart Juvenile," "Made in Canada" and "Chelsea 3 Drawer Dresser" printed on another label located on the back of the dresser.

BUNK BEDS 

World Imports is recalling Bunk Beds sold in the eastern United States from August 2009 to February 2012. The openings between the metal rails of the end structures are greater than allowed in the standard and pose a risk of entrapment or asphyxiation hazard. 

This recall involves a Twin-over-Twin model 341-33, and a Twin-over-Futon model 344-54 bunk beds.  A label on the interior surface of the corner post has "DISTRIBUTOR: WORLD IMPORTS" and the model number printed on it.

MAGNETIC DESK TOYS 

Kringles Toys and Gifts is recalling Nanospheres Magnetic Desk Toys sold at Amazon.com from November 2010 to December 2011. If two or more magnets are swallowed, they can link together inside a child's intestines and clamp onto body tissues, causing intestinal obstructions. 

Nanospheres is a mass of 231 small powerful magnets that are either silver, gold or black in color. The magnets come in a circular metal canister with a black and blue label displaying the product name "Nanospheres."

SCS Direct is recalling Magnet Balls® Manipulative Magnet Sets sold exclusively at amazon.com from August 2010 to May 2012. When two or more magnets are swallowed, they can link together inside a child's intestines and clamp onto body tissues causing intestinal obstructions. 

This recall involves all Magnet Balls® The Original and Rainbow Bright interactive magnet sets sold in a cylindrical silver tin.
