LINCOLN -- John D. Von Drehle, 62, of
Lincoln, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at 12:01 p.m. at his home.

LINCOLN-John D. Von Drehle, 62, of Lincoln, IL died
at his home at 12:01 p.m. on Thursday, February 7,
2013.
John was born on April 30, 1950 in Bloomington, IL
the son of William C.F. and Doris M. Denning Von
Drehle.

He is survived by siblings: Linda (Ron) Davis of
Bourbonnais, IL; William F. "Butch" (Sue) Von Drehle
of Gilman, IL; and Doris (Mike) Zink of Normal, IL;
many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by
his parents and one brother: Terry.
John was a member of Neighbors to Nations Church and served
in the U.S. Army. There will be private family services held
at a later date. Arrangements by Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home, Lincoln.
