Frank Lesko of the Illinois state treasurer's office (left) assists local resident Dan Wheeler in checking the I-Cash website. This occurred during a special meeting at Buff's Restaurant in Mount Pulaski on Monday. Lesko was at the restaurant with Treasurer Dan Rutherford at the invitation of the Mount Pulaski Rotary. To his surprise, Wheeler found that he had unclaimed assets being held in the state's unclaimed property program.
