Coach Herron said: "I had been telling our team for two weeks
that this was going to be a tough meet. We had several athletes
step up and do more than their share to bring these titles back.
You can't ask for too much more of an exciting night than a
region title coming down to a last race and pulling out the
victory (for the men's team).
"This was a great way to end our indoor season. Now we have
to get ready for the outdoor season because we know that the
other teams are going to give us their best shot to take our
outdoor titles."
The Lynx will not be in action again until April 2.
