Davy L. Schriber Sr., 83, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at
9:12 a.m. at St. Clara's Manor.

Lincoln- Davy L. Schriber, Sr. , 83, of Lincoln
passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 9:12
a.m. at St. Clara's Manor in Lincoln.
Graveside Services for Mr. Schriber will be held on
Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at St.
Mary's Cemetery in rural Lincoln with Pastor Robert
Henderson officiating.
No Visitation is scheduled. Cremation Rites have
been accorded.
Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Davy Lee Schriber was born on November 2, 1929 the
son of Dorothy and Sol Schriber. He married Pearl
Hafley on March 30, 1948. She preceded him in death
on April 4, 2012.
Surviving Davy are his eight children: Davy L. Jr.
and Bobby (Mary) of Lincoln, Karen (Butch) Jones of
Morrison, Debbie (Dan) Lolling of Pekin, Jerry
(Vickie) of Fort Wayne, Ind., Lori (Kevin)
Mendenhall, Greg and Larry (Mary) all of Kansas
City, Mo., Also surviving are his three brothers:
Ronnie (Nancy) and Sam (Kathy) of Lincoln, and Dan
(Jean) of Clinton. One sister-in-law Leona of
California. He has many grandchildren and many great
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death his parents, on brother,
and a very special daughter-in-law: Donna.
He was an avid golfer, had his pilot's license, and
traveled the country.
He has joined Pearl in Heaven and will forever be at
peace.
