Dorothy J. Krepps, 71, of Lincoln, formerly of Kentucky, died
Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at 7:30 a.m. at her home.

LINCOLN-Dorothy J. Krepps, 71, of Lincoln, formerly
of Kentucky, died at her home on February 25, 2013
at 7:30 a.m.
Dorothy was born on April 10, 1941 the daughter of
Arthur A. and Joetta Christian Dix III. She married
William Krepps on August 10, 1963 in Westland, MI He
survives in Lincoln, IL.
Also surviving Dorothy is one daughter: Joetta
(Jeffery) Benjamin of Lincoln; one son: W. Scott
(Anna) Krepps of Rockaway, NJ; and grandchildren:
Carrie Benjamin, Will Krepps, and Isabella Krepps.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and
brother: Arthur A. Dix IV.

Dorothy was retired from AT&T as product manager
after having worked from 1963-1989. She was a member
of Kiwanis, Rainbow Girls; and the Kentucky
Democratic Party. Dorothy had a great love for her
church, her family, and she was a deeply caring
person for her friends. She loved to cook and
garden.
Memorial services for Dorothy will be Thursday,
February 28, 2013 at
7:00 P.M. at First United Methodist Church of
Lincoln with Rev. Floyd Blackard officiating.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. prior to the
service at the church. Burial will be at a later
date in Kentucky. Arrangements were entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home of Lincoln.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer
Society or Safe Haven Hospice of Lincoln.
