Christian Henry Adubato, 3-month-old infant son of Dr. Frank and Michelle Adubato, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at 4:45 p.m. at OSF Saint
Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

LINCOLN-Christian Henry Adubato, three month old
infant son of Dr. Frank and Michelle Tepe Adubato
died at 4:45 p.m. on December 22, 2012 at OSF St.
Francis, Peoria, Illinois. Christian was born on
September 24, 2012 at OSF, Peoria, IL.
He is survived by his parents of Lincoln; one twin
brother: Mitchell; three sisters: Francesca,
Ysabella, and Bianca, all at home; Paternal
Grandmother: Ruth Adubato of New Jersey; Maternal
Grandparents: Dolores and Marvin Tepe of Okawville,
IL. He was preceded in death by his Grandfather:
Frank J. Adubato.

Services for Christian will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday,
December 31, 2012 at Faith Lutheran Church, Lincoln with
Rev. Mark Peters officiating. Visitation will be from
9:00-11:00 a.m. prior to service at the church. A visitation
will held at Olive Branch Lutheran Church on Wednesday, Jan.
2, 2013 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Hans Trinklein
officiating, burial immediately following in the church
cemetery, Okawville, IL. Memorials may be given to twin
brother Mitchell's education fund. All services were handled
by Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln, IL.
