Bryan Cross, of Springfield, has joined Prairie Engineers as
environmental services manager. He is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University
with a degree in environmental biology, with emphasis on land management and
ecological restoration. He has had a diverse career in the public and private
sector. He has a wide range of experience as an environmental manager, ranging
from the search and study of endangered bat species to designing restoration
projects and serving as environmental lead during the development of National
Environmental Policy Act documents.
Natalie Porter, of Decatur, has joined Prairie Engineers as an
environmental scientist. She is a graduate of Millikin University with a
bachelor's degree in biology and a graduate of the University of Illinois at
Springfield, where she received a master's degree in environmental studies.
Porter has over five years of experience as an environmental scientist, working
with wetland delineations and mitigation, habitat conservation plans, endangered
species studies, public involvement and NEPA documentation for road, rail and
airport projects.

Joe Bartletti, of rural Buckhart, has joined Prairie
Engineers as an environmental scientist. He is a graduate of
Southern Illinois University of Carbondale with a bachelor's degree
in zoology. He is also working toward a master's degree in biology
at the University of Illinois at Springfield. Bartletti has been
active in the field of professional consulting for over eight years
and has experience with a wide diversity of environmental service
projects. His project-related experience includes development
projects ranging in size from a few acres to large-scale wind energy
developments that span over 60 square miles.
