The export market and export
interest helped soybean futures to move higher this week.
Export inspection figures of 48 million and several
announcements this week of export sales to China and unknown
destinations supported prices.
Cash soybean basis levels remain
strong at both soybean processors and grain export terminals.
Traders have also been keeping an
eye on the weather conditions for the South American soybean
crop.

cases, with the market reacting to every chance of rain.
The trading in the cash grain market was slow to moderate.
Last week's increase prices left
many producers looking for better prices to make additional cash
sales of both corn and soybeans.
Basis levels remain firm at all
