Dusk -- Fireworks at Frazier Park
Lincoln
10 a.m. -- Old-fashioned children's parade, to begin at Scully
Park and end at the Lincoln Park District (parade registration
begins at 9 a.m.)
11 a.m. -- Water balloon fight with Lincoln Fire Department at
the park district
