Thursday morning saw a nice
turnout of folks to witness and participate in the official
groundbreaking ceremonies for Plowfield Square on the city's west
side.
The development will offer
affordable housing for working-class families in the area with
townhouse-style apartments. The complex will also feature
family-friendly amenities.
