Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Wednesday afternoon, with soybeans mostly higher and
corn and wheat lower.
A favorable weather forecasts for
next week weakened corn futures.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 3 to 5 cents lower at 6.60-6.83.
Soybean bids were mostly 1 to 2
cents higher at 15.36-15.68.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were steady to 1 cent higher at 6.65-6.88.
Soybean bids were mixed at
15.65-15.78.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 6 to 7
cents lower at 6.72-6.89.
Soybean bids were 3 to 7 cents
higher at 15.58-16.08.
Wheat bids were mixed at
6.45-6.65.
