Mount Pulaski summer band concert tonight

[July 24, 2013]  MOUNT PULASKI -- The Mount Pulaski summer band will present a concert Wednesday evening at 7. The public is invited and encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy an evening of music on the lawn of the historic Mount Pulaski Courthouse. The band will perform from the bandstand under the water tower.

The concert band will consist of:

  • Flutes -- Jennifer Wernsing, Sarah May, Miranda Yard

  • Clarinets -- Linda Dirks, Cheryl Poffenbarger

  • Alto sax -- Adam Pallai, John Hebenstreit

  • Trumpets -- Jerry Theobald, Dennis Stoll, Aaron Durchholz, Don McCain, Hank Hafercamp

  • Trombones -- Derek Phillips, Colin Ryan

  • Tuba -- Harold Drake

  • Percussion -- Warren Smith, Rita Remmert

The director is Harry Hild.
