McLEAN -- Jennie W. Fulk, 96, of
McLean, died Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 4:35 a.m. at Hopedale
Nursing Home in Hopedale.

McLean- Jennie W. Fulk, 96, of McLean passed away on
Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 4:35 a.m. at the Hopedale
Nursing Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 30,
2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the McLean United Methodist
Church with Rev. Becky Barrow officiating.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 29, 2013
from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the McLean United
Methodist Church.
Burial will be in the McLean Cemetery.
Jennie W. Fulk was born on March 3, 1917 in Churdan,
Iowa the daughter of Henry Thomas and Ida Lee Wilson
Ward.
She married Donald "Berdell" Fulk on December 11,
1937 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on February
12 , 2008.
Surviving are her children: Janet (Cecil) Carpenter
of Minier, Jean (Robert Jacobs) Courtney of Chatham.
one sister: Doris Miles of Florida, her
grandchildren: Kip (Catherine), Kent (Dana), Kari
(Kyle), Ben, Jessica (Joel), Victoria, Debbie, Gwen,
twenty great grandchildren, two great great
grandchildren. Also numerous nieces and nephews
survive.
She was preceded in death by one son: Roger, two
sisters ad two brothers.

Jennie graduated from the McLean High School in 1934
and Brown's Business College.
She is a member of the McLean United Methodist
Church. She retired from General Electric in
Bloomington.
Jennie was a devoted, loving mother and grandmother.
She touched many lives during her lifetime.
Memorials may be made to her Church, McLean Rescue
Squad or the Minier Rescue Squad.
Quiram Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements.
