Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Tuesday afternoon, with corn and wheat higher and
soybeans lower.
Export interest and the strong
cash market continued to support higher corn futures.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 5 to 8 cents higher at 7.05-7.23.
Soybean bids were steady to 3
cents higher at 15.08-15.21.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 4 to 8 cents higher at 6.98-7.15.
Soybean bids were mostly 1 to 2
cents
higher at 15.36-15.51.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were mostly
5 to 9 cents higher at 6.99-7.28.
Soybean bids were mixed at
15.37-15.59.
Wheat bids were 5 to 7 cents higher at 6.68-6.85.
