Illinois country grain prices were
lower on Thursday afternoon.
Wednesday Federal Reserve
statement that a change may be coming in interest rates pushed
markets lower.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 9 to 12 cents lower at 7.03-7.19.
Soybean bids were 23 to 27 cents
lower at 14.97-15.09.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 8 to 10 cents lower at 7.02-7.16.
Soybean bids were 23 to 27 cents
lower at 15.22-15.41.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 9 to
11 cents lower at 6.97-7.28.
Soybean bids were 21 to 27 cents
lower at 15.29-15.46.
Wheat bids were 5 to 7 cents lower
at 6.82-6.99.
