• Lercher, James E., 24; 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee owned by Harry L. Hopp; taken to St. John Hospital by Logan County Paramedics

Contributing factors: improper lane usage, laned roadway, DUI

Citation: Lercher was ticketed

Drivers and vehicles:

• Holland, Daniel A, 32; Yale forklift owned by Wal-Mart

• Hoover, Christopher M., 34; 2003 Dodge Ram pickup owned by Dorman E. Akers

Contributing factor: improper backing

Lincoln Police Department

• Ballard, Timothy A., 28, of Lincoln, arrested June 21 on Fifth at Madison Street on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving on a suspended license.

• Jones, Erin K., 46, of Athens, arrested June 21 in the 900 block of North Jefferson Street on charge of battery.

• Johnson, Mary A., 55, of Lincoln, arrested June 21 at her residence on charge of battery.
