BABY BATH SEATS 

BeBeLove is recalling Baby Bath Seats sold nationwide from May 2011 to November 2012. The bath seats fail to meet federal safety standards, including the requirements for stability. Specifically, the bath seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning. 

This recall includes all BeBeLove E-Zee™ Bath Seats. "Made in Taiwan" and "BBL" are engraved on the underside of the seat base and "BeBeLove" is printed on a sticker in the center of the back/arm support.

IDEA BABY BATH SEATS 

Chelsea & Scott is recalling Idea Baby Bath Seats sold exclusively at Onestepahead.com from February 2013 to May 2013. The bath seats fail to meet federal safety standards, including the requirements for stability. Specifically, the bath seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning. 

This recall includes Idea Baby brand infant bath seats made for One Step Ahead. Between the two spinning toys is a round, inset plastic disc with the words "www.onestepahead.com," "One Step Ahead," "Idea Baby" and "Made in Italy."   

Consumers should contact Chelsea & Scott at (866) 271-4536, 8 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, or online at www.onestepahead.com, for instructions to receive a full refund. More info at www.recalls.org

BUY BUY BABY BATH SEATS 

Buy Buy Baby is recalling Idea Baby Bath Seats sold nationwide from September 2012 to April 2013. The bath seats fail to meet federal safety standards, including the requirements for stability. Specifically, the bath seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning. 

This recall includes Idea Baby brand infant bath seats. Between the two spinning toys is a round, inset plastic disc with the words "www.ideababy.com," "Idea Baby" and "Made in Italy."

If purchased at a Buy Buy Baby store or online, consumers should return the bath seats to any Buy Buy Baby store to receive a store credit. If purchased at a Bed Bath & Beyond store, consumers should return the bath seats to the store where purchased to receive a store credit.

AXIS ARROWS           

Easton Technical Products is recalling Easton Axis arrows sold nationwide and in Canada from February 2013 to May 2013. The arrows can break when fired and hit unintended targets. 

This recall involves Easton Axis arrows in four different sizes and batch numbers, including size 300 with batch number 13169686, size 340 with batch number 13170143, size 400 with batch number 13170142 and size 500 with batch number 13169487.

KOLCRAFT STROLLERS 

Kolcraft is recalling Jeep Liberty Strollers sold nationwide and in Canada from June 2010 to June 2013. The inner tube of the tire on the stroller can rupture causing the wheel rim to fracture and fly off as a projectile, posing a risk of bodily injury and property damage. 

The recall includes Jeep Liberty branded strollers with model numbers starting with JL031, JL032, JL034, JL035 or JL036 manufactured between June 2010 and September 2011.  The model number and date of manufacture are printed on a white tag on the rear upper center of each seatback pad.

FRAGRANCE DIFFUSERS 

Paddywax is recalling Fragrance Diffusers sold nationwide from January 2013 to April 2013. The label on the diffusers violates the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) by omitting the presence of petroleum distillates. Petroleum distillates pose an aspiration hazard if swallowed. 

The recall includes ECO and RELISH Paddywax diffusers sold in three fragrances. Fragrances include ECO Blood Orange with Bergamot, ECO Grapefruit with Coriander and RELISH Ocean Tide with Sea Salt. "Paddywax" and the fragrance name are printed on the front of the cylinder.

CHANDELIERS 

Kichler Lighting is recallling Aztec Light Chandeliers sold exclusively at Lowe's stores nationwide from July 2006 to August 2011. The chandelier's fixture loop that connects the hanging chain to the lamp can fail during use causing the chandelier to fall. 

This recall involves Aztec nine-light chandeliers sold at Lowe's stores under the PORTFOLIO brand name. "Aztec" and model number 34330 are printed on a sticker located inside the ceiling canopy at the top of the chandelier.
