			installing a new manhole on Chicago Street struck a piece of the 
			past. Chicago Street was the location 
			of the old electric railroad that ran through the city and north to 
			Union. While many know about it, not many are left who have 
			seen or remember it. The crew found the rails and ties when 
			they were digging. In November last year, the 
			Logan County Historical & Genealogical Society hosted a talk on 
			the old railroad with guest speaker Dale Jenkins. Rick Naugle also 
			provided photos of the line to LDN, all of which were published in
