EMDEN -- Robert H. Heineken, 75, died
Thursday, June 27, 2013, at 7:26 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center in
Springfield.

Emden- Robert H. Heineken, 75, passed away at 7:26
P.M. on June 27, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center of
Springfield, IL.
Robert was born on June 18, 1938 in Lincoln, IL, son
of Clarence and Laura Claggett Heineken. He married
Mary E. Bounds on December 4, 1960 in Lexington, IL.
She survives in Emden. Robert was a Ford automobile
dealer in Emden and he retired from the Secretary of
State Division of Motor Vehicles in Lincoln.

He is survived by two sons: Richard (Eliza) Heineken
of Chatham, IL and David (Judy) Heineken of Glenarm,
IL; five grandchildren: Kristen (Scott) Symons,
Daniel (Heidi) Heineken, Katie Heineken, John
Heineken, and Sarah Heineken; also surviving is one
great-grandchild; Peyton Symons. Robert was the last
survivor of his immediate family.
Services for Robert will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday July
2, 2013 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Emden with
Rev. John Schurter officiating. Visitation will be
from 4-7 P.M. on Monday July 1, 2013 at St. Peter's
Lutheran Church in Emden. A burial at Hartsburg
Union Cemetery will follow after the service.
Memorials may be given to St. Peter's Lutheran
Church or Emden rescue Squad.
Services are entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home.
