Lee to play in IBCA All-Star Game

-- Illinois State men's basketball fans have a chance to watch one of
ISU's newcomers in action this weekend, as freshman Paris Lee has been
selected to play for the North squad in the Illinois Basketball Coaches
Association annual 3A/4A All-Star Game on Saturday at 7 p.m., at the
Shirk Center in Bloomington.

Lee, a 5-foot-11, 165-pound guard, averaged 10.4 points and 5.0
assists as a senior at Proviso East High School in Maywood. He
helped the Pirates (29-4) advance to the IHSA 4A semifinals, where
Proviso fell to eventual state champion Chicago Simeon. As a junior,
Lee guided the Pirates to a second-place finish at the state
tournament. Prior to the IBCA Class 3A/4A All-Star Game, the Class
1A/2A All-Star Game will begin at 5 p.m.
