                Illinois country grain prices were 
				mixed on Tuesday afternoon, with corn and wheat futures higher 
				and soybeans lower. 
				 
              
                Technical buying at the Board of 
				Trade, strong cash markets and a slight increase in demand 
				helped to lift cash prices.
 				In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted 
				shelled corn bids were 8 to 10 cents higher at 7.36-7.60.  
              
                Soybean bids were 4 to 6 cents 
				lower at 13.93-14.10.
 				In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn 
				bids were mostly 8 to 10 cents higher at 7.41-7.54.  
              
                Soybean bids were 2 to 3 cents 
				lower at 14.19-14.33.
 				In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 7 to 9 
				cents higher at 7.16-7.64.  
              
                Soybean bids were 3 cents lower at 
				14.04-14.45. 
				 
              
                Wheat bids were mostly 9 to 12
