ATLANTA -- Donna E. Wehner, 85, of
Atlanta, died Friday, May 17, 2013, at 9:50 p.m. at Heartland Health
Care Center in Normal.

Atlanta- Donna E. Wehner, 85, of Atlanta passed away
on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 9:50 p.m. at Heartland
Health Care Center in Normal.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Wehner will be held on
Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at the Quiram
Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta with Rev. Don
Doty officiating.
Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the
service.
Burial will be in the Atlanta Cemetery.
Donna Evonne Punke was born on August 25, 1927 in
Gridley Township, Illinois the daughter of Elmer
and Gladys Zimmerman Punke. She married Donald E.
"Jake" Wehner on November 17, 1973 in Bloomington.
He preceded her in death on January 19, 2004.
Surviving Mrs. Wehner are her sons: Darrell Wills of
Arkansas, Gary (Connie) Wills of Secor.
Stepdaughters: Rosie Price of Atlanta, Ruthie
Henrichmeyer of Mt. Pulaski, Susie Reinhart of
Atlanta. Her siblings: Betty Bill of Roanoke, Verda
Bill of Eureka, Marilyn Evans of Bradford and Darwin
Punke of Lexington. Twelve grandchildren and twelve
great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one
daughter Cheryl Wills, one brother and three sisters.
Donna worked at the Admiral
Manufacturing plant in Bloomington. She was a member of the
Atlanta United Methodist Church.
Memorials may be made to the
Autism Society of America or the Atlanta Rescue Squad.
