MIDDLETOWN -- Students,
faculty, family and friends gathered in the gymnasium at New
Holland-Middletown School on Wednesday afternoon to celebrate the arrival of a check from
State Farm Insurance in the amount of $25,000.
In addition the school was
honored to be the first recipient of the Phyllis J. Blaum Music
Scholarship, in honor of Mrs. Blaum, who was a dedicated and much-loved music teacher at the school.
