Leimbach, 74, of Chestnut, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, at 11:05
a.m. at Christian Village in Lincoln.

CHESTNUT-Carol Jean Hembreiker Leimbach, 74, of
Chestnut, IL passed away at 11:05 am November 21,
2013 at Christian Village, Lincoln, IL.
Carol was born on December 24, 1938 in Lincoln, IL
the daughter of Everett and Mildred Sparks
Hembreiker. She married Darrell E. Leimbach May 4,
1957 in Lincoln, IL. He preceded her in death July
5, 2012.

Carol is survived by one daughter: Valerie (George)
Davis of Lincoln; two grandchildren: Jason Lee of
Lincoln and Ashley Lee of Noblesville, IN; two great
grandchildren: Mason Lee and Cayden Cruz. She was
preceded in death by her parents, husband and one
son: Gregory.
Carol was a homemaker and also manager of the Hub
Clothing Store in downtown Lincoln. She was a member
of the Zion Lutheran Church of Chestnut.
A private graveside service will be held at Mt.
Pulaski Cemetery at a later date. There are no
services at this time. Memorials may be given to
Memorial Home Hospice. Arrangements were entrusted
to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
