Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Friday afternoon.
Export sales of soybeans and
substantial gains in soybean prices were chalked up to export
sales.
Corn cannot break out of existing
values because of the amazing corn yields this year.
Wheat found support from exports.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 1 cent lower at 3.99-4.17.
Soybean bids were 31 to 36 cents
higher at 12.87-13.08.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 6 to 1 cent lower at 4.04-4.17.
Soybean bids were 28 to 33 cents
higher at 13.04-13.19.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were steady
to 7 cents higher at 4.02-4.31.
Soybean bids were 28 to 30 cents
higher at
12.90-13.26.
Wheat bids were steady to 1 cent
higher at 6.26-6.58.
