Monday evening, the city council chambers at Lincoln City Hall were looking a little spiffier. Mayor Keith Snyder thanked Kathy Vinyard for working to find some very affordable skirts for what he called the "World War II desks." In addition, the chamber sound system has been repaired, making it possible for everyone to hear the aldermen's discussions. Snyder thanked Alderman Tom O'Donohue for getting this accomplished. O'Donohue in turn thanked Alderwoman Jonie Tibbs for keeping on him to get it done. Photo by Nila Smith (Click on image for larger version.) |
