[October 11, 2013]  LINCOLN -- Mary Alice Schriber, 59, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at her home.

Mary Alice Schriber, 59, of Lincoln passed away October 8, 2013 at her home.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 14, 2013, 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Holland Barry and Bennett Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Old Union Cemetery in Lincoln. Following graveside services there will be a meal provided at the American Legion Post 263.  

Mary was born June 29, 1954 in Lincoln, IL., the daughter of George Frederic Robbins and Eva Marie (Krucig) Robbins. She married Bob Schriber July 20, 1991.

She served her country in the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard.

Mary was an avid Cardinals fan and she loved children, especially her grandchildren. She was very cherished by her family.

Mary is survived by her husband, Bob Schriber, her son Harley (Chaka) Utterback, her siblings Nancy Ann (Paul) Leo, Hallie Marie Johnston, Paul David (Lois) Robbins, Morris Anthony (Nancy) Robbins, Ruth Irene Hunt, Lawrence Edward Robbins, John Merril (Susie) Robbins, Michael Warren (Linda) Robbins, Margaret Elaine (Jerry) Hufragel, and Steven Matthew (Dee Dee) Robbins. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Aven Thompson and Dakyn Utterback and special love, Allissa Lee.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Fredrick Robbins, her brother, George William Robbins, and two brothers-in-law, John Johnston and Larry Hunt.

Memorial donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses and will be accepted at the funeral home.
