Marion L. "Bud" Sutton, 78, died Sunday, Oct. 20, 2013, at 4:41 a.m.
at his home.

Lincoln- Marion L. "Bud" Sutton, 78, passed away at
4:41 A.M. on October 20, 2013 at his home surrounded
by his loving family.
Bud was born on August 16, 1935 in Lincoln, IL, son
of Gilbert and Lillian Kline Sutton. He married
Janet Payne on March 18, 1956 in Lincoln, IL, she
survives.
He is also survived by three daughters: Yvonda
(Kyle) Sullivan, Rhonda (Rick) Skelton, and Donda
(John) Freese all of Lincoln, IL; one sister Norma
Schaffenacker of Lincoln, IL; seven grandchildren:
Jason, Heather, Ryan, Lesley, Shawna, Lindsey,
Shane, and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers,
Gilbert Jr., James, and Claude.
He was a member of the Eagles Lodge #2708, he loved
to be with his family, loved to go to the casino,
loved NASCAR, and was an avid collector of many
things.
Services for Marion will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday
October 23, 2013 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Long officiating.
Visitation will be from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. Tuesday
October 22, 2013 also at the funeral home. A burial
at Zion Cemetery will follow the service. Memorials
may be given to Logan County Animal Rescue or
American Cancer Society.
