Honored in the inaugural Hall of Fame class are alumni Jan Bowers,
Class of 1981; Matt Hughes, Class of 1995; the late Tom Flynn, Class
of 1962; former coaches Joni Comstock and Charles Lindstrom; the
late Jack D. Nutt, president of Lincoln College from 1982 to 2002;
and the late Dominic "Doc" Guzzardo and his son John, longtime
friends and supporters of Lincoln College athletics.
In naming the large inaugural class, the Hall of Fame committee
made a special effort to select individuals whose accomplishments
and involvement represent as much of Lincoln College's athletic
history as possible.
The Lincoln College Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes student
athletes, teams, coaches, managers, administrators, faculty, staff
and friends who have distinguished themselves in the field of
athletics at Lincoln College, either by their performance on an
athletic team or by meritorious efforts in supporting the athletic
program at the college.
