Illinois country grain prices were
mostly higher on Wednesday afternoon.
Wheat futures were given a boost
from an increase in export interest.
Wednesday, the USDA announced the
sale of 1.93 million metric tonnes of US soybeans to China, plus
another 182,000 tonnes of US soybeans to an unknown destination.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were mostly 3 to 4 cents higher at 4.41-4.63.
Soybean bids were mixed at
13.24-13.53.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were down 13 to 18 cents at 4.32-4.56.
Soybean bids were 19 to 20 cents
lower at 13.30-13.73.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were mostly
2 cents higher at 4.36-4.78.
Soybean bids were 10 to 35 cents
lower at 13.27-13.61.
Wheat bids were 3 to 4 cents
higher at 5.94-6.15.
