			Mildred L. "Millie" Fox, 83, of Lincoln, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at 
			Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. (Below is a copy of 
							the obituary from the funeral home.) ___ 
							Lincoln- Mildred L. Fox "Millie," 83, went to be 
							with her Lord Jesus Christ on April 2, 2014 at 
							Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.  
							A visitation will be held for Mrs. Fox on Tuesday, 
							April 8, 2014 from 4-6 pm at Park Meadows Baptist 
							Church. Memorial services will follow at 6 pm with 
							the Rev. Robert Presswood officiating. Graveside 
							Services will be in Zion Cemetery on Wednesday, 
							April 9, at 1 p.m. Cremation Rites have been 
							accorded.  
							Mildred Louise Fox was born on September 7, 1930 in 
							Lincoln the daughter of William Franklin and Iva 
							Myrtle Naugle Bowns. She married Willard Paul Fox on 
							February 14, 1956. He preceded her in death on 
							November 5, 1987.  
							She is survived by her children: Karren (Danny) 
							Boward, Michael Fox, Cynthia Fox . Six 
							grandchildren: Wendy Long, Jed (Mikki) Boward, 
							Amanda (Robert) Morrow, Matthew Fox, Jake Wilkerson, 
							Ryan Boward. Six great grandchildren: Hailey, Rylee, 
							Madyson, Karsyn, Olivia, baby boy. Two great, great 
							grandchildren, Lakken and Rykker, as well as many 
							others who called her grandmother. Two sisters Mary 
							Howerton, Bertie Bowns one brother John (Bev) Bowns.  | 
                
                 
		 
							She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 
							two brothers, one sister, and one great 
							granddaughter. 
							Millie had been employed at Lehn & Fink, Lincoln 
							Developmental Center, and the Attorney General's 
							Office. After retiring she worked at Wendy's for ten 
							years. 
							Millie was a devoted member of Park Meadows Baptist 
							Church, she also devoted her time visiting the 
							nursing homes. Millie also loved drawing and 
							painting and enjoyed playing bingo with her friends.  
							Memorials may be made to Park Meadows Baptist or the 
							American Diabetes Association.
