Georgie Lee Cope, 90, of Lincoln, died Thursday, April 10, 2014, at
9:05 a.m. at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

LINCOLN-Georgie Lee Cope, 90, of Lincoln passed away
at 9:05 a.m. April 10, 2014 at Abraham Lincoln
Memorial Hospital, Lincoln.
Georgie was born March 8, 1924 in Kansas City, MO
the daughter of Hans William and Georgie Lee
Southwell May. She married Victor Cope July 22, 1943
in Kansas City, Mo. He preceded her in death
December 9, 2010.

Georgie is survived by a daughter: Caroline Miller
of Greenview, IL and a son: Richard A. (Judy) of
Liberty, MO; one niece and five nephews. She was the
last of her immediate family. She was preceded in
death by her parents, husband, two brothers, and a
son-in-law.
Georgie was a homemaker.
A memorial service for Georgie will be held at 10:30
A.M. on Tuesday April 15, 2014 at The Christian
Village Congregate Building with Ryan Edgecombe
officiating. Memorials may be given to The Christian
Village Congregate Building.
Arrangements have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
